About Us
The CMO is an Islamic NGO registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with registration number RC: 39366. It was founded in 2006 by a group of Muslims professionals concerned about the misconception of Islam and Muslims in today’s society.
As part of our effort to address this misconception, we are working to build a media conscious generation especially, Muslim youths, in order to propagate the true idealism of Islam through writing, publications and public sensitization.
The purpose of this is to collectively improve the knowledge of Muslims and Islam to the general public.
We are currently operating in 6 states across the country:
Abuja, Lagos, Katsina, Kaduna, Kano, Maiduguri
Our Objective and Directorate
To develop the reading and writing ability of Muslim Youths, undertake capacity building of schools and orphanages, and to promote peaceful coexistence among Muslims and non-Muslims in line with the teachings of the Holy Quran and Hadith.
Engage in social welfare activities, improving the lives of the less privileged in the Umma.
